Rebekah, Patient Coordinator

Rebekah will coordinate the scheduling of your treatment appointments. Rebekah and our front-desk staff will make every effort to arrange appointments that are most convenient for you. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We will call to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to the date.

Upon arrival at our office, Rebekah will welcome you. If you are a new patient, Rebekah will assist you with completing or reviewing any necessary paperwork. Please let Rebekah know if there is anything we can do to make your time at our practice more comfortable.

Kimberly, Insurance Coordinator

Kimberly is one of our welcoming faces you may see at our front desk. Kimberly is here to assist you with your insurance needs and billing questions. Kimberly will work with you and your insurance company to file claims, maximizing the benefits you are eligible to receive.

Claudia and Karen, Hygienists

Claudia and Karen have undergone two years of specialty training. They have over 65 years experience treating periodontal disease. Our hygiene staff is here to serve you any way they can to ensure a lifetime of health, comfort, beauty and function of your teeth and oral tissues. Feel free to ask your hygienist about any of your dental concerns.

Regina and Susan, Surgical Assistants

Regina and Susan have over 50 years experience as surgical assistants. They work with Dr. Fagan and Dr. Zalewsky to apply technical excellence and state-of-the-art procedures in a relaxing environment. Our surgical assistances are here to ensure that your procedures go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. If there is anything they can do to make you experience more pleasurable do not hesitate to ask.
