Insurance

Dr. Zalewsky is currently a participating provider with Delta Dental Insurance Company. Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies and are here to assist our patients with other insurance providers. Our goal is to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.

As a courtesy we will happily complete and file your insurance claims for you so you can maximize your dental insurance benefits and/or your flexible spending accounts. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the treatment provided. It is important to understand that dental insurance companies vary in what kind of work they will cover and to what extent. Most policies have strict limitations on what they will cover and the amount of reimbursement they offer. Our doctors recommend services that are in the best interest of you, our patient. We will work with you and your general dentist to plan a course of treatment that will meet your needs. It is our primary goal and responsibility to help our patients obtain good dental health and you can feel confident that we will always provide you with our best services regardless of the limitations imposed by insurance coverage.

Financial Options

For your convenience we accept cash, check, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). We also offer financing through CareCredit.

CareCredit is a financing plan available through our office to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. We can offer NO Interest financing for large cases or low minimum monthly payment options for smaller cases so you can receive the treatment you need. You can even use CareCredit for other family members. Don’t put off your treatment any longer.
